When submitting an order to Dragonfly Designs you are entering into a contract with Dragonfly Designs to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action.

All jewellery on this site has been handmade in Calgary, Alberta.
Images
Photographs taken are deemed to be a clear representation of the product.
Due to the handmade nature of jewellery I reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.
Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only under the supervision of an adult and legal guardian.
Intellectual Property
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so.
Pricing
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Dragonfly Designs reserves the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary.
Delivery
If Dragonfly Designs receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods with no problems.
Returns and exchanges Policy
Dragonfly Designs gladly accepts returns. Simply return the order to us at Dragonfly Designs 2 Royal Ridge Manor NW, Calgary, AB, T3G 5Y9 within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
For exchanges email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card.
Please note that personalised items that have been manufactured on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
Termination
Dragonfly Designs reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
Dragonfly Designs accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Website and its Content at their own risk.
